TWISA scheduled the meeting for 16:00–18:00 and the dinner for 18:00–21:30 at Caesar Park Hotel Taipei in Zhongzheng District.
The elections and joint meeting of directors and supervisors were assigned to the Hong Kong Room. The members’ assembly and dinner were assigned to the Formosa Room.
